The entire complex is situated at the attractive location of village Niedernsill, on the south slope, at 900 meters above sea level, about 9 km from the Europe’s well-known sport region Zell am See - Kaprun.
The houses provide not only so desired privacy and comfort but also a breath-taking view. Large floor plan of 87 square meters is divided into three rooms, bathroom and kitchen.
